Joao Cancelo from Manchester City
His rating is the best from all the players, but he has got very less playing time. Out of 28 matches Manchester City has played in the Premier league, he has just started in 8 matches and has made 3 substitute entry taking his total appearance tally to 11 matches. He has just played 783 minutes in whole premier league campaign. It is his first season at Manchester City and has been often overlooked by Pep Guardiola, he has instead opted to play Kyle Walker at right back. He has made no goal contribution.
The Complain Barcelona fans have made is Semedo doen't go forward and he sits quite deep into the defensive half. Cancelo hasn't made any goal contribution yet but he is never shy to move forward and put the cross into the box. Some of his key characteristics are

2.) Sergino Dest
The 18 year old Ajax prodigy, has also been linked with barcelona, and a famous talk show in Netherlands were the first one to make comments in his transfer. He has played 1444 minutes in the Eredivisie this season. He has assisted 4 times in his 20 appearances for Ajax. Also he is not afraid to take a shot himself, he takes 1.1 shots per game. Like Cancelo he also likes to move forward but his very weak in Aerial, he wins only 0.2 Aerial. His passing success percentage is also very good (87.5%).
3.) De sciglio
He is not even a substitute player for Juventus, he is like a squad player, whom Juventus sees as squad player. He has played almost half of Cancelo (404 minute). I don't think so, he has the quality to replace Semedo or Roberto at barcelona, he has just been linked with barcelona, because he and Pjanic has been linked for a swap deal for Semedo.

Nelson Semedo
He has made 16 start in la liga and 5 as a substitute. He has assisted twice in la liga this season. Under Valverde everybody spot that he was very under-confident moving forward. But ever since Setien has took the charge he has started to move forward. Defensively he is good. His passing is accurate like all the other mention above (88.4%).
Sergi Roberto
He has played two different role this season, right back and also as a right midfield player. And when initially Setien took the charge he was also ued as a right center back. He is very versatile player, although he had not been linked to an exit this Summer, he will need to fight for a place in the starting eleven.

Joao Cancelo
He is 25 year old and signed his contract this year with City. His contract is until 2025. His market value is 36 million euro.
Sergino Dest
He is 19 year old and he has a contract with Ajax until 2022. His market value is 18 million euro.
De sciglio
He is 27 year old and he has a contract with Juventus until 2022. His market value is 9.5 million euro
Semedo
He is 26 year old and he has a contract with Barcelona until 2022. His market value is 32 million euro.
Roberto
He is 28 year old and he has a contract with Barcelona until 2022. His Market value is 40 million euro.
Roberto has not been linked with an exit from barcelona.

Out of other right back he can be considered as a replacement for Semedo. His attacking play is good, he is swift and he put the crosses in the box.

He needs some more time maybe one more season for the next big step.
De sciglio
He is not a barcelona type of player. He is scapegoat in the swap deal.
Conclusion:- If a new player arrives in place of Semedo, he would need more time to adjust. And under Setien, Semedo has started to play better as compared to Valverde. And the players which are linked to Barcelona, Semedo and Roberto stand out from them. If barcelona wants to buy a full back they should rather think about the left back, firpo has not convinced much and Alba at 31 year old need little competition.
